1. Returns:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 10 days of receiving your order.
Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Customized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Items on sale or clearance cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service within 10 days of your purchase.
Exchanges are subject to availability and will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your returned item.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.
